Fee: $500 minimum and per hour.
Healthcare Coverage Review
Fee: $5000. Additional fees may apply depending on scope of work required.
Coverage Planning
Fee: Base fee $1000. Additional fees $200 to $400/hour based on the level and scope of work required. We will provide an estimated range of fees after the scope of work is understood and agreed upon.
Dispute Resolution
Fee: Base fee $1000. Additional fees $200 to $400/hour based on the level and scope of work required. Disputes can at times be easily resolved and at other times require research, filing appeals at several levels, and extensive preparation time. We are practical because the effort and fees must justify the recovery.

*Please note -- the Initial Base Fees for subscription services do not apply to prospective clients who are either receiving inpatient services or intensive and frequent outpatient services at the time of the initial engagement. Fee for service rates which vary depending on service provided will be charged until an appropriate retainer can be estimated.
