Professional Fees

Professional fees vary depending on the scope of work and the extent of intervention required. We work on both a retainer and project basis as follows:

1. Healthcare Coverage Review – minimum $500 consultation fee.
2. Concierge Consultation Services – based on hourly rates but estimated in advance depending on level of research, analysis, meeting time, assistance with enrollment and documentation anticipated.
3. Insurance and Claims Management – an annual retainer based on hours of support per year.
4. Projects and Disputes – fees vary depending on type of project or dispute.

Memberships

Former Consultation and Project clients can maintain a relationship on a retainer basis which includes an annual review of coverage and medical issues and other services customized to the client’s needs.
