- Healthcare Advocate Premier. A comprehensive hand-off service for those who also want to be freed from the hassle of filing, reviewing, and resolving issues with medical paperwork.
Healthcare Advocate Platinum. All the services of Premier and time and support from HN professionals to coordinate matters with the family's other trusted advisors.
Non-subscription Services
- Professional Consultation. Discuss your concerns and how to address them.
- Medicare Essentials Consultation. A Medicare primer on the program's complexities, rules, penalties and how to avoid them (offered on an individual or group basis).
- Coverage Planning. Anticipatory planning and/or evaluating options regarding individual or group healthcare coverage.
- Dispute Resolution. Resolution of significant disputes regarding claims or medical bills.
